Evening Star Hotel

This was an okay pub, but certainly not the best. It doesn't have any outdoor areas, but then again that doesn't necessarily make a pub bad (though I do prefer to sit outside, unless of course it's raining). Well, they do have a smoker's cage, but then again I don't consider that to be an outdoor area. I came here in the middle of the week so it was fairly quiet, which is something that I like, but not so quiet that it makes the pub appear to be unloved. They have a poker night on when I passed through, though I have to say it has been ages since I've played pub poker. The staff were pretty nice, and they had the standard selection of beers available. Not one that I would go out of my way to visit, but would stop by for a drink again.
