apart from waiting on the phone for 5 mins on hold to book the gold class tickets - the experience was great .. the kids loved rio 2 - the premises was clean , the staff were polite and courteous and the overall experience was sensational ! :)

Worst movie experience ever...no toilet paper in half the toilets...great when you haven't discovered this until you have been...4 empty soap dispenses...on-line said there was a 1.50 session when we got there and bought tickets discovered it was a gold class session at 1.50 and ordinary session at 2.50 and that the 1.50 session had the letters'GC' beside it...it didn't. Adding insult to injury the popcorn was so salty we couldn't eat it...I am sensitive to salt however my partner loves it and he couldn't eat it either. We had driven from Jimboomba to this cinema believing it was a better place with parking eateries etc ...we wouldn't bother again.
