My first visit here and I was confused where to order tickets, once I got to the front of the food counter to order the lady was so rude and pretty much threw my water at me and tossed a pen at me to sign a ticket. I felt very uncomfortable, was suppose to be a fun event for my sons 5th birthday. I think I'll go into the city with more profession staff next time
