Event Cinemas

Recently I was lucky enough to to win 2 tickets to the premier of 'The Color Purple'. Picked up the tickets and went to book seats on line for the showing, my first hurdle! ...... Couldn't book the seats, your website doesn't accept the booking codes or barcodes !!. I see the first showing is 10:50 am. Ok so I drive up ( a 45 minute drive !!) At 9am so we could get a ticket. Had no issue sitting in the Cafe for an hr or so whilst waiting the movie. 10:45... we head in to the theatre and realise the movie had been going for 40 minutes. The movie started at 10:15 NOT 10:50. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

Really messy after 10 pm. Popcorn & empty cups pretty much everywhere. Couple of times had sticky seats. Staff rather helpful & friendly. Decent sound and really really cheap tickets when you buy them through Telstra loyalty programme.

we were bought gold class tickets for innaloo, tried booking incalid pin!!! No it wasnt this is the pin provided with the print out Tried calling, cant speak to anyone just a voice recording, tried emailing, no reply. Thank Event cinemas innaloo for your shoddy service, i just wander how many other people have lost gift vouchers worth $150 your terrible service. YOU DONT EVEN RATE A STAR.

Overpriced and unhelpful staff. Parking is a nightmare allow 30 mins to leave.

Have been trying to contact Innaloo cinemas but can't get any reply have emailed and still no one has contacted me. I don't think this is good customer service. If you have any questions don't bother your not important
