I am extremely disappointed and shocked by my treatment at TOWER CINEMAS NEWCASTLE today. After purchasing a full price ticket for an afternoon movie my friend paid for her ticket using her Cinebuzz card and was provided with a discount. On inquiring if I could use mine as I was never asked for it and was unaware that I could the very rude woman serving me bluntly refused and dismissed me abruptly. I was left feeling upset and bewildered. I was never asked for my Cinebuzz card and have never had any problems with any other Cinebuzz cinemas. As a result I will never visit the TOWER CINEMAS NEWCASTLE again and am spreading the word of my appalling treatment. A Brown
