Terrible- hands down worst service. The staff member was extremely rude on the phone. Despite this I sent an email enquiry as directed and never heard back. I wouldn't waste my time.

Do not bother with this company. yes they do take a while to respond to emails. i was wanting to use them for a marquee amongst other things.. and decided to phone after not receiving a response. the line was quiet so phoned again. i was spoken to like i was stupid and didn't understand a basic measurement. when asked if they would come out and measure i was told 'definitely not going to waste my time coming out for something like that'. i told them they were being unhelpful and i was hung up on.

I was hoping to use this supplier for my wedding hire, but they were extremely difficult to communicate with. It took 1-2 months for me to recieve reply emails. In the end I gave up and went somewhere else where the staff was willing to help me.
