This event cinema is just next to the station and very popular place in parramatta. I often go here to watch movies as its very close to my house

Not as good as some of other cenimas in this chain. Heaps of people waiting outside without any proper arrangement. Not recommended though I am big fan of Events.. sorry

Went to watch a 3D movie recently with wifey and unfortunately we were on one of the older cinema. You can see how old the screen is and room is smelly! We have paid premium for the tickets and this is what we get?!! If I were you go somewhere else! much better than this!

Generally enjoy going to event at parramatta. Found the popcorn a little stale the last time I went, staff are always very friendly. Would not recommend Gold class due to the very obvious price hike of food - not worth it!!!

Event cinema is Parramatta has got to be the worst one in Sydney.



I went to watch a movie with my wife, we had purchased tickets online and took the printout with us. It clearly said that we could directly proceed to podium.



After waiting in the queue forever, when we got to the ticket checkers, we were rudely told "Get BACK to the line, you don't have the tickets, get them at the counter and come back". After I pointed out what was printed on the ticket, the reply was "I don't care, it doesn't matter. We do not have the scanners here so you have to get the tickets from the counter. So get BACK to the line now".



The crowd was nasty, interrupting the movie the whole time, making loud noises and comments.



Absolutely horrible experience. Not recommended at all.
