Rude and arrogant behaviour with customers. They always give fake suggestions and force to buy new offers which is too expensive with fake reviews. Even they charge high for repair and backup.

I have dealt with this company in multiple occasions. They are very honest,service oriented,full of product knowledge. This is one of the best vodafone dealer I have seen. I have taken my all the vodafone plans from them. They have fixed my broken smart phones while I waited there. they also unlocked my samsung phone which I brought from my country Iran. I have been offered free coffee many times while I waitedfor my phones to be fixed.

I request people who had bad experience to try this company one more time. I feel really bad when I hear bad about this company as I have always been treated the best possible way I could be. ...read more

i was trying to cancel my 24 months contract(which was already over 24 months) because my husband gifted me i phone 6.so when i called for the cancellation, they wanted me to further join other contract(the person was very rude) and suggested me to be in the contract and sell the handset and if i don't need the handset. but when i insisted not to be in contract they just said call 1555 and cancel your contract yourself and hung up on me.(is that a way to treat a customer?)
after all these years being their customer they mistreated me, i would never recommend this business to any of my friends and family.

This company is now on the Princes Highway. I have used these guys for years and the main man there is a fountain of information, stays abreast of the latest offers, gives good advice and always does me a great deal. Hard working family business, time and energy given to perhaps older, perhaps non-English speaking people to help them get what they need. Business smarts with a heart of gold - I take my hat off to them. I'm quite surprised by the other review it doesn't seem to make sense with what I know their business to be. My only complaint would be that they can be a bit busy at times and I hate to wait!
