Purchased a property from [Name removed] and [Name removed] from Eview Chelsea. After signing the contract, the whole experience became a nightmare. As a purchaser I was treated with disrespect and was bullied by the vendor [Name removed] and Eview Chelsea Principle at the final inspection. All communication started to dwindle after signing the contract.
At the first inspection, [Name removed] spoke about renting the property out. And he was promising that he could easily rent the premises out to Chinese people with higher rental revenues.
