Kylie Alger is a Registered Nurse and qualified Health & Wellbeing Counsellor.

Kylie provides holistic counselling in all aspects of life, including mental health, depression and anxiety, marriage & relationships, building self esteem, anger management & conflict resolution, managing and restoring work / life balance and bullying issues.

Kylie has a particular passion for counselling children and adolescents and has previously worked in both primary and secondary schools and within the community setting.

Kylie uses an integrative approach to focus on helping clients to identify their goals and creates a supportive environment to assist in finding a positive solution. She is compassionate and caring, and has the knowledge of physical, mental and emotional Physiology and can provide referrals to other health professionals if required.
