Alan offered a professional and courteous service; from the intial quote until the installation of my Daikin air-conditioner. The guys were friendly and informative. They removed all packaging and provided detailed instructions on operation. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Alan!

We had Allan from Excel Air Conditioning come to our home to quote on replacing our Daikin air conditioner, which he did very promptly. This was where the service from this company and basic courtesy ended. Our air conditioner was due to be installed on the 9th January and we are still waiting. We understand this is a very busy time of year for air con installations but the lack of communication from this company is inexcusable. Numerous phone calls and texts have gone unanswered. I would recommend you not get involved with this company. Very disappointing!

I had Allan from Excel Air Conditioning Mansfield out to quote for a Daikin air conditioner installation in 2014. I found him professional, polite and quick with the quote (that was very good). We agreed a date and the installation was completed with no mess left behind, I am very happy with the units. I would recommend Excel Air Conditioning, Mansfield.

It took Excel Air Conditioning two and a half months to repair my 81 year old mother's system. This was over the summer months when we experienced some extremely hot days. They made every excuse imaginable - said the part wasn't available, the wrong part was ordered twice, the staff were sick, the staff were on holidays. I had to ring them more than 16 times and eventually it was me who had to locate the part needed. Told us that the claim would be covered under insurance but wasn't. They charged us $200 more than a local repairer later quoted. This company was recommended to me but my advice is stay well away.
