This saga still continues.NOTHING was being done week after week. The workmanship was so poor, our new kitchen person (has been a dream to work with) has had to fix and finish it off. they hen promised to pay back some of the money that we had already paid them in advance. promised to put the money in our account on a daily basis and doesn't do it, now simply doesn't answer the phone. will come across as a very nice person with a gentle nature, I'm a trades person myself and is the worst tradesman I have ever come across in my 25years of experience, DO NOT USE EXCELSIOR KITCHENS
The workmanship is worse. It took 2 months to have half a kitchen completed... That is what I have been left with, the job wasn't completed. The kitchen cannot even function and has been deemed a hazard. They do not deliver on their word. They don't call when they say they will and don't even show up to the job when they say they will. Have fun trying to locate them on a daily basis.
