If you're looking for somewhere very well priced, simple but comfortable with genuinely friendly helpful staff in Pt Macquarie then here is where you want.
There were some discrepancies between their description here/their website and reality (for eg, breakfast was clearly stated as not available), and the air con was pretty average, however was great for what I paid - it was the cheapest available but certainly didn't feel like it.
Location very handy, easy parking and easy walk to many eating places.
