Went in with healthy silver hair for a root touch up and to have a WASHOUT colour put in.. Came out with less then 50% of my hair! And the colour was so bad that Tia gave me spray in hair colour! Charged me full price! My hair burnt off in sections to 3cm and when I said I wanted it fix. Tia claimed she could not do anything and we had to wait. 6 weeks later when i sent her photos of my burnt hair; she claimed that my hair was FINE in the salon and that I must of done something to it myself and that if she burnt my hair.. it wouldn't grow back! Last time I checked.. your hair is DEAD and the roots in your head continue to produce hair! She then claimed that as I was unsatisfied and she takes pride in her work; she's REFUSED to fix my hair!!!! I had long hair that was well maintained with Olaplex, deep conditioner, argan oil and split end sealer treatment.
