Whilst Exclusive Strata Management is a relative a newcomer to the Industry, our Strata Manager, Halil Topalcik, a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Strata Managing Agent and Registered Valuer has over 13 years real estate experience in both the Private & Government Sectors. The turning point for establishing Exclusive Strata Management, was the past experiences received by us not only as professionals but individuals that own, live and invest in Strata Plans like yourself and the firm belief that we can and will do it better. I put my property in 2010 just before Christmas, up for sale. The amazing sale team sold it within 4 days. It sold for well over the expected price and we couldn't believe how great the sales team worked to get the right offer. After 4 months looking to buy, I called Alex to negotiate my new property in which we bought at a reasonable price. Great sales team. Thank you!!!
My first encounter with Exclusive real estate was around October 2009 when I made an offer on an apartment that they were selling. The agent/s were helpful in explaining to me how to proceed and took his time to update me regarding the sale. Additionally, the agents took my application seriously and have answered my queries with prompt response no matter how trivial my questions were as I was a first home buyer. Unfortunately, another buyer has put a deposit on this property before I did and have missed out.

I recently have a horrible encounter with Exclusive Real Estate.
Upon leaving the rented property managed by Exclusive, I've made sure the property was professionally cleaned. When I went over to return the keys, my property manager was not there and I was told to come back the next day. Went back next day, returned keys and waited for my rental bond.
When I finally got my bond it was $930 short! They charged me $400 for 2 room carpet cleaning, and $450 for cleaning in general and $80 for returning the ...read more
Nancee, any repairs or make good requirements on the property are given to you in a letter prior to you vacating the premises. Furthermore the tenant and agent have a condition report to go off. $400 for steam clenaing 2 rooms is rediculous, and in my 15 years in the industry is un-heard of.
