Exclusive Tiles

We asked this company, who also advertise under the name of EXCLUSIVE TILES at the same address, to recommend a tiler. We intended to buy all our tiles from the company. Basically their contractor was extemely unreliable and did not turn up to give a quote although he promised to do so on two occasions. A complaint to the company was ignored so they obviously couldn't care less.
I would suggest that they be avoided.

I had a great experience with my recent purchase of tiles for two bathroom renovations. Tracey was particularly helpful and when my builder had under estimated the number of tiles I required, she was able to source more of the tiles so that my tiler could complete the job on the day. I was most impressed with the customer service and would highly recommend them.

We had a *very* bad experience with this company. They should be avoided. We paid a 50% deposit on pavers only to be told they had been sold by the management to a large contractor. We were then told we would have to wait 6-8 weeks for another shipment to arrive from overseas. Completion of our landscaping depended on getting these pavers which then had to be put on hold until I could source similar pavers elsewhere. To top it off, it took the company more than a week to send me a refund! Very unprofessional.
