Sadly, Im no longer a member of what I consider to be the best gym in Adelaide, as the opening hours dont work for me. But nothing beats their inspiring mix of personalised fitness sessions. And looking out over the beach is a big motivator to keep exercising just imagine yourself there in a bikini.
