I have been in catering for a few years now and ready to serve you with outstanding quality food and service.

I serve food freshly cooked at your house on our custom made stainless steel charcoal spit using the best quality Mallee Root for that all important flavour.

I come to you in a professional chef's uniform set up our SPIT, COOK & CARVE until everyone cannot eat anymore!

We have a chef preparing and marinating all our beautiful deboned LAMB LEGS, CHICKEN THIGH FILLETS, deboned PORK SHOULDER and BEEF in a variety of different family marinades depending on your tastes from GREEK - Moroccan and everywhere in between.

Our meats are slowly cooked on our Large Spit until juicy and tender and the smell that is produced will have not only your guests not being able to contain themselves but half your neighbourhood as well!
