Zhenya's experience with colonics (also known as colon hydrotherapy or colonic irrigation) began over 13 years ago when a friend encouraged her to do her first colon cleanse. After experiencing the immediate positive effects herself, not to mention her surprise at the build up of waste the body can hold onto, she was an immediate convert to colonics.
During her 13 years in the wellness industry, Zhenya has gained a Certification in Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Consulting and is a qualified yoga instructor having taught for the past 7 years in Australia, the United States and also the Maldives where she spent a year at the Conrad Resort as a Yoga Teacher and Spa Consultant. I have had many colonic treatments at different places in Sydney and Exhale is by far the best. From the moment you walk in the door you feel relaxed and peaceful.
