As each client is different, ExHealth Rehabilitation Services meets with you to develop a program to meet your requirements. The needs analysis approach ensures programs improve results that are specific to you and your conditions. Studio clinic available and all sessions are 1-1. ExHealth Rehabilitation uses a range of clinical measurement tools including blood pressure and heart rate monitoring, cholesterol and blood glucose testing, spirometry (pulmonary) testing, submaximal and maximal aerobic testing.

ExHealth also works with local medical networks and medical support groups meaning full reporting is available to be provided to your medical practitioner. People with chronic conditions are encouraged to attend.
