Well I wasn't impressed. I purchased a battery but because I left it uncharged for too long it lost its capacity to hold charge ever again. So ok not charging it was my fault but the reception I got when I went down to this outlet was poor. When I spoke on the phone I was treated like an idiot when I went down to the factory I walked in the door the reception lady didn't even look up I was standing there looking lost. The man on the phone spoke in an uncaring manner,remarks were blunt "do you have the battery here" we tested the battery his response was "it's stuffed". He basicly didn't care he said sorry mate go buy a new one. He didn't even offer to dispose of it for me. I had a receipt it cost me 156$ and all for nothing. So in my opinion I wouldn't recommend exide batteries oxley to anyone for anything because in my experience on that day they showed no interest in customer service didn't care about pleasing there customers or even helping.
