Absolutely awful. Was quoted $480 for a 3 bedroom townhouse bond clean (without seeing the property) and was told by the cleaner upon arrival that there would be an extra $440 of charges because of 'marks on the walls' and dirty bedroom and bathrooms (the rooms were not dirty).

DO NOT USE!!! Please, please read this. I am so upset I am bothering to write it and we would hate for someone to be stung the way we have been. It's so upsetting when you pay good money ($870 to be precise) for a poor and unfinished job. We are currently in the process of pursuing a very reasonable partial refund through the ACCC. We had a terrible experience. So,so stressful and moving house is already hard enough. On arriving they demanded an extra $100 for something that had been agreed to be included at the quoting stage, but we still agreed to pay it because what other choice did we have? They then left early (as documented by the neighbours) with heaps of key stuff left unfinished and didn't tell us. We were at the Gold Coast moving into our new house and had entrusted them to do the job. Ha! I have had the worst experience. We ended up having to clean our house after they were there for 6 hrs useless. No refund and poor service my 2 yr old can clean better than them and our real estate agent has removed them from their list. Absolutely repulsed and do not use this company unless u like to clean your house after paying someone to supposedly clean it.
