Booked for an event two days in advance, leaving a phone message, even though it was in office hours. They did not call back, so we called back a day before event, they took booking. Did not turn up at designated time, said we never booked. In a town where there is no other choice, they need to up their game. DO NOT RELY ON THIS SERVICE.
6 of us were traveling to Exmouth but arriving at Learmonth airport, we needed transportation to our accommodation in Exmouth. Either take the bus- $25/pp or Taxi/ mini bus. We gave the Taxi company a call to inquire on price for 6 to transf. Approx $90 they said. Done deal, taxi it was.
The taxi was there to pick us up.... A broken down mini bus, no air conditioning and as we arrived at our destination had to pay $133! Go for the other form of transfer, these people don't deserve your money. They are not fair.
