This is the worst hairdressers I have ever been to, they should be shut down as they are so unprofessional. Went in for a trim paid for it and left only to get home and realise that it was lob sided. and I'm not being picky it was at least 5cm difference from each side. I was very upset and went into another hairdresser that night to get it fixed. the hairdresser even said how unexceptable the job was and how bad the haircut was she couldn't believe it. She must of felt sorry for me as she gave me the trim for free.
The next day I went in to get a refund and showed the same person how uneven my hair was and staff said it wasn't their fault and wouldn't refund me my money.
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. If they can't do a simple trim I would hate to see them do anything else.
Thank you for your review KC97, although we cannot thank you for your behaviour that you displayed when you walk in on Wednesday, with your foul language, abusive and violent behaviour which had caused distress to the employees and clients, including one of the Director of the company. Yet, you were satisfied on the day and smiled while paying, you should have contacted us instead of going to another hairdresser. Albeit on Wednesday you claimed to have paid for the service at the other hairdresser so stating that you got it for free now is quite alarming and disturbing. How much of the truth are you stating, considering every second word was "f#$@" and "S#%$#"; we suggest that you truly seek some help with your abusive behaviour and if the other hairdresser in the area prefer those kind of clients and patrons. We are happy for them as Exotika Salon do not accept any foul language and behaviour.
