This is a great store. I know from personal experience that the owners support animal welfare in very practical ways, and their love of animals certainly shows. I've always found the staff helpful.. it feels like your real, local, friendly pet store rather than a big, impersonal franchise. I'm giving it five stars based on quality of stock, knowledge and helpfulness.
I used to love this store...until the staff member was super rude to us today! She was judgemental as to what we fed our puppy, unhelpful and down right rude!! Ur getting our money how bout u keep ur opion to urself and just sell the product! The other staff member was embarressed by the way this lady treated us! Will not shop there again!!!!!

I really like this store - it has a good selection of animals and products, although not the biggest by any means. But it more than makes up for it on customer service. The man who owns the store, forgotten his name, is extremely helpful and knows about pretty much every animal. He takes time to give you plenty of advice and never makes you feel rushed. We set up our whole fish tank from here and his advice was invaluable!
