exactly our trouble too but by the time they got back to our several emails our scoupon deal had expired and know they will not honour the money we have already paid. They did advise us of dates but could not take booking on phone or email and every time we went back and tried on internet the dates were not available.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Do not book anything with TheReelThing. This is the first local fishing charter that I have encountered that could not book a session over the phone, instead all bookings are done over the website and correspondence is by email. I signed up with the Spreets promotion that offered a weekday trip at 50% off the normal price and of course you get what you pay for. They were inundated with bookings and it took eight days for a simple one line email response which basically said: '...your date is not available, try again another date...' . I spoke to the contact listed on the website on the phone and there was nothing they could do; no waiting list, no other options listed and of course no refund.I have yet to find an available day to book a trip (if that is even possible) but considering the experience with TheReelThing so far, I expect nothing but the worse.
