Thomas is a real gentleman. I only had a small problem with my watch band. He repaired it on the spot, refused to take any money and provided a little background information. I am sure for more complex problems it would be more expensive and take more time but my experience was excellent.

Wonderful service, wonderful man. I needed somone to remove the hands from an old watch so I could put in a photo. I was turned away from other places who said you needed special tools. Mr Czibula did it for me in about 10 minutes while I waited, took extra care to really make it sit perfectly and did it free of charge. I'm very grateful.
