I don't like to pay much for a haircut, so I don't expect to be treated like royalty at Express Cuts, but I won't be going back. Sat down to wait and was told abruptly "Wait over there." Waited ten minutes or so (which I don't mind). Another family came in to wait, followed by some random client. Random client was obviously known to the hairdressers, one of whom proceeded to seat for a tidy up, pushing in front of other waiting customers. The cut then took far longer than it should have - did I mention that Random Client already had a buzz cut when client wandered in? Hairdresser chatted a stuffed around incessantly until it was eventually my turn.
My head was then pushed, twisted, shoved and stabbed with scissors while the hairdresser chatted with colleagues, paying little attention to their job. ...read more
