I rarely make complaints or even bother to write reviews but my experience at Express Cuts In Pakenham was so disgraceful I feel the need to share. I did not have high expectations from a discount walk in hair dresser, but walked away questioning whether the staff were qualified at all. Both my 6 year old son and myself ended up with terrible hair cuts. The shop was covered in hair. Multi coloured hair was covering the floor, the benches and equipment.... when the hairdresser used the fluffy brush to brush the hair out of my sons eyes they ended up rubbing other peoples hair in his face. The bigger issue was the customer service. I have never received such poor customer service from a business or professional. One of the staff was particularly rude and seemed to intimidate the other, customers were made to feel like a burden or inconvenience. i think the management of the premises should look into who they are employing. Walked in for a haircut while three staffs were seated and talking. I was told that they are not doing any more cuts for the day!
Shame on you, the three who work there on the Thursday.

Horrible experience, never go here!!! Hacked at my hair and the worst customer service I have ever come across in my entire life. The management is rude and does not even listen to your complaint, didn't get my money back and yet had to go get my hair fixed at another hair dresser...I've never felt so disgusted in any business until now...and I never complain!!!! Seriously save yourself(and your hair) and just don't go here.
