It’s interesting to note that there hasn’t been a review of this company’s performance for a long time. Here’s an update.
We had the very unpleasant experience of engaging this firm to carry out our move in September 2017.
It was a disaster from the start. Amongst many things, the result was a broken fridge and washing machine that had to be repaired; a table top that required replacement; a mattress with drag marks on one side with fabric scrapped off; damage to an antique sewing table; boxes turned upside down with many many broken pieces; and a bed that they refused to re-assemble because they claim we had lost parts. They found a missing TV stand in one of their trucks weeks after delivery.

Hidden charges, poor service. Avoid.
Hi Luke, I am grateful you have taken the time to lodge a comment on our facebook page and truelocal review but it would be helpful for you to report all of the facts also. As you know we had your move booked and confirmed for delivery on your requested day however you did not have a home for us to deliver to on this date so instead of a direct delivery as we quoted, we place your goods into storage as requested by you. Providing storage is an additonal service we provide and as such there are additional costs involved. We have not 'hidden' anything from you we have been completely upfront with all of the costs and services. It was only when you changed the service you required that our costs changed. The delay in now completing your delivery is because we are seasonally busy during January and would always require at least a weeks notice prior to delivery not 2 days. My brother referred me to this company - so glad he did !! Whole process went smoothly from sales manager providing me with the quote, making the booking with the office staff to the actual removalists on the day. They were all professional, experienced and had fantastic customer service. Thank You to all who helped us move - you were fantastic.
