We charge NO FEES for our service. We are a completely commission based business and paid directly from the lending institutions, nothing comes out of your own pocket.

We are also a completely mobile company and able to come to you or meet at a mutual location, such as a cafe if you so choose.

For finding the best possible loans for our clients, we use the award winning Mercury IT Platform by the aggregation group Connective, who are one of the largest and fastest growing aggregation services in Australia. Mercury has won "Best IT Platform" at the Australian Broking Awards, for 2011 and 2012. We are able to scan hundreds of home loans in just minutes to find the best one for your needs.

We also provide loan solutions known as "Non-Conforming Loans" which are specifically for borrowers who do not meet the traditional lending requirements and have trouble getting a loan approved from a major bank. We have access to lenders who specialise in helping borrowers who are self employed and may lack financial statements, or who have bad credit, defaults and even bankruptcy.
