After buying my first second hand car i took it into express lube for a service. . reading some reviews i thought express lube look like a reputable place.They gave me a list of things that needed to be done and was quoted around $1100. After seeking a second opinion i was shocked to hear that half the stuff they put on the list didnt actually need to be done... AND i actually had no handbrake at all..which i was not told about. (wich i think is really dangerous) I guess this place is just another example of mechanics trying to rip off women who dont know much about cars. Will never return, would not recommend to anyone.
They ripped me off $160 my first service as they didn't even do the coolant change like they said they did. I am a 21yr old girl and have always gone to Express Lube to their other branch but thought I would try Erina only to be faced with this rude service by a particular staff.
