Was quoted $3000 to lay new drains, fix the water pressure and replace the concrete that would be cut out after doing the drains. Cool, they weren't able to fix the water pressure and took $150 off the quote for that so if you need new water mains pipes to your house then try these people. I've never heard of any tradesperson quoting $150 for anything. After the drains were replaced I was left with a huge mess because the day they chose to do it was pouring rain, I had been left with a massive pile of dirt, pipes, concrete and old fence mixed in. Have spent weeks trying to spread out the dirt and separate the junk and I will still need to hire someone to take it away. They offered to rake it over a bit and order some top soil, but never followed though. If you use these people, make sure they break the quite down so when they can't do it, they don't still charge you for it. but I wouldn't recommend using them at all.
Express Plumbing have since been in contact with me and completely sorted out the issues I had. They obviously take customer service very seriously and I am more than happy with their level of service and workmanship now. I would happily recommend them to anyone, and if something does happen to go wrong they will sort it out.
I had a blocked sewerage pipe & called KNM Plumbing in the morning, by the time I got home from work not only was the job all completed perfectly, but the plumber called me to explain what needed to be done to stop ongoing problem (had happened severad times before I called KNM Plumbing), no-one else had bothered to mention that before! Will definitely be back to fix underlying problem! Thank you heaps!
My boys had fully blocked our sewer drains with rocks,sticks ect. I called KNM Plumbing and they came as soon as possible. The service was excellent, and they were very efficient in completing the job and even left the work site pretty tidy. Highly recommended. Thank you guys for doing a job well done!!!
Excellent Service. I live in Alderley and had an issue with a blocked sewer. I would have been happy if they could have made it that day, they were there in 30mins and had it resolved in about the same time. Good fixed price, plus clear advice. Good communication all the way through.
