They are a total rip off. Stay away. These guys wanted me to change the complete system. Got another plumber who fixed plumbing issue in a few minutes and for way cheaper.

Total rip off. $1200 for a piece of concrete that didn't need to be fixed in the first place. Nothing wrong with the pipe, it's just the concrete holding the pipe had a crack. Instead of fixing the crack, or just say it doesn't need to be fixed because the pipe is still securely in place, they lied to my partner and said if it doesn't get fixed, the water will damage the foundation. No it will not. It's just oridinary earth underneath, like the parts around it that's not covered in concrete. So they demolished the old concrete and replaced it, rather than just fix the crack or say it doesn't need to be fixed at all. $1200 gone like this, unnecessary. I'm very unsatisfied when I found out. So be aware when you deal with them.

The guy had no idea what to do and then ripped me off for a total of 5 minutes work. I got another company in the next day who charged me the same fee for 2 guys and half a days work.
