Expro Nails

I went to get a an acrylic refill and the man took off my polish and started to shave down my nail to the skin. I told him politely that I changed my mind and I didn’t want to get my nails done anymore (i was in pain and couldn’t stand it any longer), I asked how much I owed him for taking my polish off (because I felt bad and am nice person). He insisted I owed him $15 and was being very rude. Then another lady came out from the back and I told her what had happened. At first she said she’do to the refill and I told her I didn’t want it. She then said I owed $10 and both were being very rude. So I gave them the $10 and walked out.
Please do not ever step foot into this salon as the workers are very careless, rude and don’t deserve any sort of business.

Worst nail salon told me $25 to refill aryclic as soon as I sat down they want $45 and more after the old acrylic was removed very greedy and rude

I have given these people 6 chances to get it right, and every single time I am very unhappy. You voice your concern and it is as valued as dirty toilet paper. I tried them again last night and my pedicure was so rough and rushed my nails are STILL long, the nail polish my 4yr old niece could have done a neater job! my full set of acrylic was picked / scraped and flicked off AFTER I had asked 3 times to have them soaked off. I have had 3 of my nail beds torn and bleeding. you can still see the blood through the damn SNS. I also had to argue with them to get my nails shorter like I wanted and was paying for and to get the colour I wanted. these people DO NOT LISTEN AT ALL. I could care less what THEY like or want. I am the paying customer, I will get what I LIKE! not what they like. I will NEVER EVER recommend or spend a single cent in that store again. Horrible place I do not recommend to anyone! Had a full set of acrylics done and the staff there couldn't speak any English, kept getting angry at me because staff couldn't understand me. Finally staff told me to go and my nails weren't even dry! Absolute disgrace.

Got my acrylics filled and there were bubbles all through the acrylic. My friend got a leg wax and was extremely disappointed about how they conducted themselves, such as insulting her weight, waxing multiple clients in the same room at once and constantly leaving the door open! She came out to me after it was finished and she was nearly crying from the way she was treated. We will NEVER be going there ever again!
