Awesome shop, awsome dresses. I first brought a dress online was very disappointed, so came in here to see what they had. The lady was more then helpful, tried on heaps of dresses and the one I ended up buying she choose and said try it, and I loved it. She knew what I wanted cause she took the time with me. I took my baby in there and she didn't mind at all, don't understand pols comments below, you must of been in a different shop. Love it highly recommend them and ere prices are so reasonable I was expecting my gown to be 3 times the amount it was . A1 keep up the good work
I tend to agree with treefrog, some staff at this store are rather rude. I went there one night with my sister to pick up a wedding dress that she had ordered. There was really no pleasantries, or excitement about the event. One staff member seemed positively put out at the fact that I had brought my children into the store, despite the fact I was looking for dresses for them. I'm sure some people receive good service here otherwise it wouldn't be in business, but from a personal note I wouldn't recommend them.
I have had the misfortune of dealing with this store twice recently and both times have walked out disappointed and quite put out. I am a bigger girl (size 18), but that doesn't mean that my big day isn't special to me or that I wouldn't want to look my best. I was told "we don't have much that will fit you off the shelf". The staff were downright rude, asked me when I was getting married and then stalked off. I was left to browse the store on my own, find a dressing room, hang up the dresses and even try them on without even a glimpse from them. I tried on 3 dresses unassisted and then gave up and left.
I ended up buying my dress somewhere else but wanted to find someone local for alterations. When I phoned the store to ask whether they had someone I could use, the snooty woman who answered the phone was downright rude and advised I had to make an appointment to discuss any possible alterations. What a load of rubbish. I have had the fantastic experience when dealing with this group of wonderful ladies. Their service is fantastic and they are extremely helpful and will do anythng to ensure that your experience with them is memorable and enjoyable.
The alterations were perfect and conducted in a very professional manner. I am a bigger girl myself and the range of options at this store was second to none. They even bought over at their own cost some of the larger dresses from their other stores for me to try.
I would rate this as one of the best shopping experiences that I have had in relation to my up coming wedding.
