came into Exquisite Hair with dry unmanageable hair sporting a colour that I hated yet no other hairdresser was prepared to change, because it was too dark, Rita sat me down with a freshly ground coffee talked me though different options suggesting alternatives for my colour and style, quoting me before any work began, I received a result I am very happy with from a professional experienced senior hairdresser. The first time I walked into this Salon was for business but was convinced by the owner Rita to cut my hair, it was great. Total honesty, which I love, told me I had an old man's haircut & went through all the aspects of the type of hair I had & what to do with it to fix the issues, even when they asked what I wanted & said to 'make me pretty' had no objections & were confident to cut it without direction & it turned out great. I have never been able to get someone to cut it without instruction & had definitely never an honest review of my hair. Awesome customer service from the team. With the honesty, vibe, friendliness & skills of this salon, I still only come here over a year after I came to fix a problem with a service. I am happy to recommend to anyone to try this place & see for yourself.
