Like others, I had a very poor experience with Extra Mile Movers moving from Melbourne to Sydney.
Incorrect quotes that subsequently increased, stressful phone calls demanding a delivery address (I'd told them on booking that I would not have an address and would need storage), removalists arriving half a day late and damage ranging from superficial to quite severe to just about everything. The staff who completed the move in Sydney were great, but that was the only positive.
Moving is stressful enough without a removalist that turns up late, overcharges, and is impossible to contact. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
Extra Mile Movers quoted us $450+GST with a $50 discount for booking that day; we paid a $200 deposit. When I contacted them 2 weeks before the move to confirm everything, they told me that I owed them $50 more than we were quoted. They wouldn't answer the phone, only emails, and the communication was awful, not clear and she kept insisting that we owed the larger amount even when I showed her the original quote email we received from them. The emails I received from them were badly worded, poorly formatted and the math was incorrect, for example saying $490-50=450.

I still haven't heard back a reply regarding the $200 I paid your Company as a deposit for removalist Sevices booked for the 27/28th of January
Which were forgotten by your company then you rebooked me for the 1/2/17
And you cancelled
It is now 2 weeks later and still no refund or even an email
I only have recorded conversations !!!
I require a simple reply at the very least to notify me that your company is refunding my money ?
