Extra Step Property

I previously used extra step property to manage one of my rental properties. The biggest mistake I made is to sign a 2-year contract with them. I was stuck with them for 2 years. My biggest problem with them is that they do absolutely nothing. They let the tenants trashed my property and kept asking me for money to repair the damages. I asked to view the property condition report, I have never seen one yet. They (agent and the tenants) threatened to sue me as "I failed to meet my obligations". I dont understand how can a repaired item (repaired by a qualified tradesman) fails within a month. Where is the product warranty? Where is the landlord insurance? Should the item be repaired in the first place or replaced? Are the tenants abusing the item? They had no interest in looking after my property. I believe I was bullied. Avoid at all cost.
