Well my first and LAST dealing with this company was shocking, they sold a faulty product ( have a written documnet to prove this, although they have posted that they have refunded me!!!!....not true..and it was a "user issue"....have proof again to validate this isn't correct after communicating with the warranty repairer who found the unit to be faulty.They didn't care about the customer, just brushed me off to w warranty claim even though it was "Dead on Arrival" and was entitled to my money back. I would never buy from here again. The management are very rude, even stated that I could go to Fair trading and ACCC until I was Blue in the face, they weren't interested. They don't like criticism or feedback, you have been warned!!! My experience has definelty steered me away from this company,although they did tell me not to buy from here again....WHO WOULD!!! all they needed to do was show so customer concern, maybe applogise instead of pushing the blame. ...read more
