Best optometrist and glasses store in Sydney. I bought two pairs of glasses here four years apart and they somehow recognised me the moment I walked in and pointed me in the direction of the kinds of glasses they remembered I like. Unbelievable customer service experience haha. I usually prefer wearing contacts but on both occasions I've walked away with a set of frames that I love so much they've become a daily habit. The range is a little more up-market but you can't do better. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing. Mr Will Chen sold me a pair of $600 glasses that were way to big for my face. He convinced me they looked good. When I got home, everyone said they looked utterly stupid. I went back the next day to return, however he insisted they suited me and refused to give me a refund. After 5 mins of begging for a refund, he said I had to pay a $70 for some apparent booking fee which was ridiculous. I accepted due to me being desperate for my $600 back. Initially he didn't not inform me of the returns policy and didn't even inform me of the warranty period. He only wanted to make money from me. Very poor service considering a high end professional optometrist. Will never ever return. Highly not recommended. Staff are also very rude.

Eyeballs are the best optometrists. I've been a client forever, and will be. They have such a talent for finding the frames that suit your face and keep you up to date. And also suit your needs. They know their stuff. And they're delightful — what more could you want? There are very few medical-type appointments I look forward to, but visiting Eyeballs is fun.
