Very helpful place, I wanted to get contact lenses to play tennis so I went in to ask and the receptionist explained the process in a clear friendly way so I went ahead and made a booking. The optometrist was really great, it took me a while to get the hang of putting lenses in and out but she didn't rush me and she gave me lenses to try before I had to buy any, also she explained how to wear them safely. Anyway I've been wearing the contacts for tennis and going out and the vision is just amazing.
I have found a great local optometrist in south Melbourne after moving here from Qld. She's very professional and caring, giving me a very comfortable first spectacle to relieve my headaches that has been lingering for years. I'm very grateful and highly recommend this place to others and to my friend and family.
Been going here for years, best Optometrist in Melbourne, first time I was given the most accurate eyetest after many years of seeing other optometrists. Later on she referred me to a specialist for Glaucoma prevention and it probably saved my eyes. I've bought many pairs of glasses and they have all been quality frames. I don't put cheap stuff on my face and Eyetopia's prices are fine. I don't know what the previous reviewer is whingeing about, I never had issues claiming insurance, it really depends on the insurance company and how much cover you've paid for anyway.
