It feels like I just went and bought something at a shop, paid for it, walked out the door but before I could put it in my car they ran out and said 'you can't have that - we didn't mean to give it to you that cheaply. Give it back to us & we'll give you your money back in a couple of weeks'. That's how ridiculous this story is:
I made 2 purchases from this company online using 2 different discount codes I had received online. The purchase was charged accordingly, including the discount. I received a confirmation email that the goods were ordered and would be shipped out, and my bank account was charged.

A good range of basics clothing online, well priced. Pretty good quality. Delivery within 5-7 working days. Easy returning cost $6.50 with the return label already included in delivery. In the event of a return, the process is quick and efficient. Once the items returned are received, email is sent to notify that the monies had been credited back. Friendly and relaxed phone customer service.
