Vehicle damaged when I picked it up. Dropped my late model vehicle off there which was in perfect running condition. Picked my vehicle up and the clutch is slipping due to the clutch getting burnt out while I left it with easy parking for eight days. As soon as I drove the car away I noticed The problem. Phoned the manager who was really rude and abusive, suggesting that I was an opportunist even though I wasn’t even asking them to pay for it, I just wanted to make the company aware that some of their drivers may need to be better trained or more respectful of their customers belongings. Don’t use this company there are better alternatives
Vehicle drop off was fine but pickup experience very poor. Firstly, they need much bigger signage on the van so it can be spotted amidst all the other white vans at the airport. Secondly, the driver needs to wait exactly where the customer was told he would wait I.e. Not in the coach park if the customer was told "right outside arrivals." And thirdly if all else fails, call your customer! That's why you have their number. Ended up waiting 30 minutes for a 5 minute trip - not what you want after a long overnight flight!
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!
Booked my car in to stay over Christmas period. Printed off my booking confirmation and when we arrived at Ezy Parking the person at the desk said there was no record of my booking on the system and someone 'should' have been in contact to let me know. I did not receive an email or phone call.
The apology was not sincere in the slightest, and for that reason I will never 'attempt' to use their service again.
Attempted to use the price match option that Ezy Airport Parking offers. They refused to recognize the price (25$ less) that other Airport Parking offered that is clearly available online. If you are not going to price match all of your computers, please stop advertising that you do.
Been using this service for about 18 months now and have nothing but praise for the way it operates, the people that work there and the product itself. The rates are very reasonable and you have the peace of mind of your car being looked after while you are away. When you consider that its about $50 one way in a cab from Robina to the Gold Coast its value for money. I'll continue to use the service and recommend it to anyone travelling into or out of the Gold Coast.
