ezy bake is very small and dainty, the furniture is very old and outdated and falling apart as is the outter exterier of the building, the customer service is horrible the
receptionist is very distasteful and needs to learn some customer service skills as she is working with the public ( is a representitive of the company), the carpark is a storage unit and holds shipping containers and other machinery not a very good look for onseers. and not very much car parking space for potential customers.
the food is overcooked and very rubbery the sausage rolls arent flakey or tasty like they used to be, the pies are very inconsistent in weight and filling. the pastry is very rubbery and doughie and limp. the product isnt sealed properly inside the bags or the bag is sticking to the hot product.
