booked an appointment they were early that was fine he did the job great, but as he took the door card off he must have spilt a wire or something as there is now a short the car wouldn't start called racq they got the car started yet we still have a problem with the car, i now have to hire an auto electrician so i called them they said they would have there guy come and look at it i said how is he going to fix an auto electrics problem they said they would get the guy to call me he never did now my calls are being ignored. very bad experience not happy and will not stop chasing them up for some for of compensation for the damage done to the car.
Very bad experience with this company. Booked an appointment, no one showed up. When I called to enquire, told someone would be there in 5 minutes. 40 minutes later, still no-one. called back to be told my appointment was 1 1/2 hours later than booked. When I queried this and asked for some assistance, was told I could wait or cancel. no alternatives. Then hung up on by a very rude man. I have just joined True Local to share my experience as not a good way to run a business and still no windscreen repair.
I had no end of problem getting the correct windscreen fitted by Ezy Fix Windscreens. In the end they gave up and said they couldnt provide me with a windscreen and I had to go to Windscreen OBrien.
Right from the start I made it very clear exactly what I needed replaced, a front windscreen on a 2008 E60 BMW 530i with rain sensor and head up display. I even provided the VIN number as windscreen OBrien needed that in the past to confirm they had the correct part number. The first appointment was over in 5 mins as the tech took one look at my windscreen and said thats not what I have in the van. After more calls with the office and his supplier they were ready to try again. We are disappointed as well with the service that you have received. Unfortunately sometimes there is a tricky car to get a glass for.
I'm sure that if a proper windscreen (working windscreen) from our supplier would be supplied then you be 100% satisfied with our service.
