Found Ezylab in the online directory, active since 2010, so it seemed legitimate.
Placed order 30 October 2014, paid by direct deposit, got automated confirmation email from them.
Since then - nothing. No delivery. Online contact facility gets no response. Contact phone simply never answers, it just rings out. Email to them gets no reply.
In summary - don't order anything from them because, on the basis of my experience, you'll lose your money.
I placed and order online, got a Paypal receipt. Tried to call on multiple occasions, the number from their website either went to a fax number or was engaged. Tried to e-mail the address on their site - no response. Tried to use their online contact form - no response. Reported to Paypal as had not heard anything and not received anything. Paypal also couldn't get a response from any of the contacts they attempted over the following 10 days. They took my money and when a package finally arrived, it had 1/2 the order and of what did arrive most of that was wrong meaning the total was useless to me. The test tubes were not the size ordered and therefore didn't fit the cork stoppers ordered, nor the rack. I tried again to contact the company to advise -again, no response, this is now 3 weeks since I first tried to get in touch with them. Thank goodness for Paypal buyer protection.
