Ezypay handles recurring payments on behalf of merchants. I know the company inside out as I have worked in the company. They value their customers and always strive to provide best service.
But as you know payments is very sensitive business and can become sticky at times, especially when customer is not aware of the process. So, if you have any issues with payments then discuss with your merchant or contact Ezypay Support.
Be careful using this company as they continuously give you incorrect information or not enough information, which is very concerning when they are dealing with taking your money. They are also extremely rude too.
