we used them back in october 2016 they were very fast, friendly and cheap. we will use them again.
it took 2 guys 2 hours to pick up and load furniture (2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room) and less time took them to put all together in a point o destination. We wanted to use them in city but they work only interstate.
These guys are terrible, don't use. I had them booked to pick up my furniture in mid December, had to constantly chase to confirm everything (the only phone call they made to me was to chase money, and prepaid) and then on the agreed day of pick up (which I made clear was the only day my parents were available) they did not arrive, despite my parents waiting all day. The following morning I rang to rebook for another date which was convenient, and to enquire as to why we were not advised as to why I one showed up, and was advised rebooking would have to be later that day (not a suitable time for my parents) and was advised that I would have to get a neighbour to be available instead! Not possible at minimal notice when my parents were then out of town. When I asked to rebook to an alternative date that suited me, this was declined, even though they had inconvenienced both me and my parents. Do NOT use this company. They under-quoted how much space we would need in order to get our business, we were then forced to pay extra money to get the remainder of our furniture delivered the following week. Several items are still missing and most of our furniture is scratched or damaged.
DO NOT USE! i had 9 items moved from syd to melb. They were delayed in picking up until 11pm the following day. I was told i would be charged if i was not available at that time. When they arrived i was missing a box. The driver denied it at first until i showed him a photo of my clearly labelled box number 5.... he eventually found it at a previous customers address. I was told he would deliver it that evening. That didnt happen. I called the driver he said he would call later or tomorrow and then hung up. I called/txt repeatedly over the evening and next morning with no reponse. Eventually i got the police to call, and he answered their call. I spoke to the driver and he said the other customer would only be home between 1-2pm. I felt this was not true and asked for her details. i was sent her phone number and address. I called her and she was home only until lunch that day. I went to pick up the box myself. The company did not care and did not think there was any issue ...read more
