The guy Andrew left the job when replacing the skirts. He told me he was too offended when I politely asked him not to lean against my freshly painted walls. He argued with me about my builders methods. His boss instructed him to leave the job incomplete which meant the contract could not be completed on time. Very rude and unprofessional
The company seemed ok (except a bit slow to get the job started) until the guy Andrew came to replace the skirts. My insurance builder requested I leave the skirts off before polishing the parquetry, Andrew said that the builder was wrong, and that the skirting boards should have been attached prior to sanding and polishing the floor. It wasn't Andrew's place to argue this point with me, but he did. Highly skilled damp proofing contractor. I recently engaged their services on heritage restoration project in Brighton and was really happy with their service. Greg has a great deal of experience and expertise in his field and I appreciated his professional approach from first inspection to completion.
Would highly recommend!
Disappointing. They were nice until I paid the deposit. They did significant damage to our exposed brickwork during the job which they did not warn me about, then simply ignored my emails and the follow up work they were supposed to do. Wouldn't recommend.
Shifrah,
As discussed with you on September 9th 2016 we didnt see your email of the 27th August 2016. When installing a new Damp Proof Course in old brickwork with damaged mortar it is not uncommon for some movement to occur. Once we were made aware of brick movement we rectified the exposed brickwork for no additional cost.
